About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing Manager that can develop and execute  Account-Based Marketing programs to deliver on current and future company objectives.

You will be leading a cross-functional team of 6 sales and marketing specialists to roll out and implement ABM programs globally. The ABM Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing. 

We are looking for A-Players that are proactive, quality-driven, goal-oriented, structured, and have strong communication skills.

 

Resposibilities:

  • Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn and optimize
  • Collaborate with ABM leadership team (sales and marketing) to select key accounts
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goals to stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support and participate in the evaluation of new ABM technologies and data sources
  • Document processes and best practices and create a handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference

About You

What are we looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS environment. 
  • 2+ years of Account-Based Marketing experience leading marketing for large accounts.
  • Experience with leading cross-functional teams.
  • Can-do attitude! You may not know everything but you have to be willing to learn.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Should have an understanding of marketing return on investment, marketing KPIs and how to drive them.
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot).
  • Strong ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good project management skills.

It is nice if you have:

  • Knowledge & experience in PPC and/or eCommerce (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Experience in working in sales is a plus.

What’s in it for You?

Salary: between  15 000 and 20 000 PLN per month on an Employment contract/B2B contract.
