About the Job

The Customer Success Specialist will be the main point of contact for our largest customers - Digital Marketing Agencies and online retailers. 


Your main responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with our customers and keep regular contact with them
  • Provide product training to new members of the companies that work with us
  • Present new products we launch to our existing customers
  • Discuss strategy with our customers in order to make sure they achieve their goals
  • Looking for upsell opportunities
  • Collaborating with other teams: Marketing, Support and occasionally Product Team


You will be communicating with prospects via email, chat & zoom.

About You

You are results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills who actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

The role is a full time, preferably you would be in Cracow but we’re open to remote work.


Mr. or Mrs. Right would meet the following expectations:

  • KNOWLEDGE OF ONLINE MARKETING. Online marketing experience is a requirement – we will teach you the details about our service. Our customers are online marketers and you need to understand their business and their problems. 

  • 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE. It can be Customer Success / Account Management or any other position related to working directly with customers to help them achieve their goals. Experience in Saas company would be a plus.

  • ENGLISH. You need to speak English fluently in order to communicate with prospects from all over the world and other people in the company. 

  • FLEXIBILITY. We operate all over the world. This means you may occasionally need to help us cover different time zones.

  • ATTITUDE. Can do attitude! You may not know everything but you have to be willing to learn.

  • ANALYTICAL THINKING. Our service is strongly based on logical conditions, so you will require some analytical thinking skills to gain expert knowledge in it.

  • INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. You quickly connect and establish a relationship with potential customers.


Nice to have:

  • Any experience with Google or Facebook campaigns or marketplaces like Amazon or eBay would be a plus.
  • Another language other than English would be a nice addition. 

What’s in it for You?

The salary for this position is between 8k and 10k per month on a B2B/Employee contract.
