About the Job
Account Manager of Nordics is the first contact point for the clients from Nordics, our largest group of customers. You will work with known digital marketing agencies and worldwide online retailers from Scandinavia.
Your primary responsibilities as Account Manager of Nordics will be:
- Building relationships with our customers and keeping regular contact with them
- Providing product training to new members of the companies that work with us
- Negotiating deals and renewals with the existing clients
- Presenting our latest products and features to our customers
- Discussing strategy with our customers to make sure they achieve their business goals
- Spoting and pitching upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with other teams: Success Managers, Marketing, Support and occasionally the Product Team
You quickly connect and establish relationships with the customers. You are a good listener and negotiator. You can understand the technical challenges of the client and propose them a sollution that will improve their marketing results.
The role is full-time but can be remote.
Mr. or Mrs. Right would meet the following expectations:
Knowledge of Online Marketing. Basic online marketing knowledge is required – we will teach you the rest. Our prospects are seasoned online marketers, and you need to understand their business and their problems. Any experience with Google or Facebook campaigns or marketplaces like Amazon or eBay would be a plus.
Min 2 years experience in Customer Success / Account Management or any other position related to working directly with customers to help them achieve their goals. Experience in a SaaS company would be a plus.
Scandinavian Languages and knowledge of the culture. Excellent level of spoken and written of at least one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or/and Finnish.
Technical acumen. Our clients are very tech-savvy; hence the role involves technical work alongside client interaction.
English (B2). You will use English to communicate with different Stakeholders internally and externally.
Flexibility. We operate all over the world. This means you may occasionally need to help us cover different time zones.
Can-do attitude. You may not know everything, but you have to be willing to learn.
Interpersonal skills. You quickly connect and establish a relationship with the customers.
