About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead who will oversee marketing efforts and get his hands dirty in equal proportions. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics and multichannel retail strategies.
The successful candidate will implement a comprehensive approach to multi-channel marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies. The candidate will be responsible for both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing, from campaign development to data analysis.
- Lead Marketing Strategy Development: Guide the overall marketing strategy, focusing on innovative growth tactics.
- Planning: Create detailed marketing plans that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Budgeting: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Reporting: Regularly report on marketing campaign performance and insights.
- Growth Marketing (Inbound): Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and engage customers.
- Website Optimization: Oversee the development of conversion paths, offers, and landing page strategies to enhance website effectiveness.
- PLG/SLG Strategies: Implement Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Service-Led Growth (SLG) tactics, focusing on user experience and service integration.
- Lead Nurturing Workflows: Develop and optimise lead nurturing processes to convert leads into customers.
- SEO Management: Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and ranking.
What are we looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in implementing growth strategies and achieving marketing targets at a SaaS Technology company.
- Industry Knowledge:Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative growth strategies and foresee market trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the marketing team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms relevant to SEO, PLG/SLG, and inbound marketing.
