About the Job

We empower thousands of online retailers and marketers to optimize their product listings and maximize their online presence across multiple channels. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product.
Position Overview:
As a Lead Product Designer at DataFeedWatch, you will lead the design efforts to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with our product management, engineering, and marketing teams to drive the design vision and strategy, ensuring our solutions are functional and delightful.
Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies Required:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior role.
Mastery of standard design tools and process - Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and design processes.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
- Experience designing reusable UX components or libraries
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a driving contributor to the vision and strategy for our products in partnership with the leadership team
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for the app.
- Be our subject matter expert, advising the product team on product design and best practices
- Continuously improve the user interface by incorporating user feedback and iterating on designs
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all product touchpoints.
